I have owned multiple properties over the years and have had the opportunity to deal with various lending institutes. I must say this is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Be careful they start out telling you everything you want to hear particularly loan officers Steve. They tell you they can put a deal together real fast. They tell you they will call you with immediate answers. They tell you they will get answers from underwriters fast. They tell you they will pre qualify you with an investor. Well none of the above. There lies and bull cost us a lot of money! Totally mislead us told us, costing us money for an appraisal and additional attorney fees. We had to find a different company who put the whole deal together in less then two weeks! PLEASE PLEASE shop around and check the blogs on the internet. The blogs are RIGHT. Trust me, real bad.
